The Annual Lions Sight and Tissue Foundation (LS&TF) Denim and Diamond event is a Dinner, Dance, and Silent Auction to raise awareness and money to support the work of the Lions Sight and Tissue Foundation. LS&TF is a resource for the people in District 2-X1 (the Counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Rockwall, Kaufman & parts of Collin) to receive eyeglasses as well as assistance with vision related medical needs.READ MORE >>

Our Mission:

The Lions Sight and Tissue Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to sight preservation and sight restoration for residents across Lions District 2-X1 including organ donor signup and awareness. The Home Page ImageFoundation provides free eyeglasses to children and adults who would otherwise go without corrected vision. In addition, the Foundation coordinates the recycling of used eyeglasses, medical assistance and supports Southwest Transplant Services with the gathering and distribution of corneas, skin, bone, vessels and heart valves.

On a June Day in 1925, Helen Keller gave a brief speech that lit a fire under Lions International and planted the seed that blossomed into the Lions Sight & Tissue Foundation of District 2-X1.. READ MORE>>
